Nationally recognised course equips participants with the skills and confidence to perform CPR on an unconscious person using the DRSABCD action plan.

course overview

Learn essential life-saving skills that will carry you far beyond the workplace.

This nationally recognised course equips participants with the skills and confidence to perform CPR on an unconscious person using the DRSABCD action plan.

Aligned with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines, it combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice. You’ll learn how to assess an incident scene, manage airway obstructions, and confidently hand over to emergency services.

The Safe Work Australia model Code of Practice: First Aid in the Workplace requires employers to ensure that their nominated first aiders attend training on a regular basis to remain current. The Code of Practice recommends that:

  • refresher training in CPR should be undertaken annually from the date of issue
  • First Aid qualifications should be renewed every three years from the date of issue to remain current.
