This 90-minute, hands-on practical session is designed to give parents, grandparents and carers the confidence and skills to respond in an emergency. Learn essential CPR and first aid techniques in a relaxed, supportive environment, perfect for first-time or experienced parents alike.

After the session, enjoy an additional 30 minutes at our welcoming venue to relax, connect with your group, and make the most of our family-friendly space. There’s plenty of room for prams, and siblings will love our kid-friendly activities—including time with a real Fire Engine!
